4 Things You Can Do Every Morning to Lose Weight!

The first thing you should do if you really want to lose weight is buy yourself a device that can be found in all kinds of stores, doesn't cost a lot of money, and has helped millions of Americans manage their weight. This device is called a "bathroom scale".

Weigh yourself on the scale every morning, religiously. You hide from or go into denial about what the scale says.

A second thing that should be done several mornings each week if you want to lose weight is going running--preferably before you eat your full breakfast so that you don't cramp and your later breakfast can rebuild your muscles and energy (but a small bit of food or a diet shake for energy before running is a very good idea). A third thing to do every morning is keep a journal of your starting weight that day and your weight loss goals. One thing that many have found success with in losing weight is eating fiber or taking a fiber supplement every morning. Fiber helps make you feel fuller yet also "cleans you out", making it much harder for your body to stock up on fats from meat.

If you are married or in a serious romantic relationship, there is yet another thing you can do most every morning to lose weight: have sexual intercourse. Much research finds that people generally don't get enough sex for their psychological well-being in the first place, and it's a fact that more sex helps burn off more calories. What's more, the pleasure and intimacy derived from having sex contribute to feelings of self-confidence and a positive attitude, and these are two elements needed by someone who wants to lose weight.

And another thing to do in the morning to help you lose weight: take some time, preferably before you get out of bed, and imagine yourself looking the way you want to look. Do not think about what you have not attained, for this is self-defeating. Instead, imagine what you are going to look like when you've shed the unwanted pounds. Do this every morning to drill it into your subconscious before the day's distractions begin.
